Witnesses on the Tryal of Robert Perrean< no role > on an Indictment for
Felony & Forgery that Margt. Caroline Rudd did Feloniously falsely
make Forge & Counterfiet a certain paper writing Purporting to be
the Bond of Wm. Adair< no role > Esqr. for the Payment of the Sum of £7500:
with Intention to defraud the said William Adair< no role > Against the
form of the Statute in such Case made & provided It is therefore
Ordered that the sd. Margt. Caroline Rudd be Comd. to be Custody of
the Keeper of his Majty's Gaol of Newgate to answer all much
matters & thing as on his Mjtys behalf shall be objected agt. her
touching the sd. Felony & Forgery there to remain in safe Custody
