the said County Taken upon
Oath before me Joseph Girdler< no role >
Esqr one His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace in and for the said
County of Middlesex this 20th.
Day of March 1775

This Informant upon his Oath saith
that a Cabinet in his Chamber situate
at No 10 in Coney Court Grays Inn
up Two pair of Stairs which he this
Deponent Lock'd was opened by his Servant
John Rogers< no role > and there were feloniously
taken out of the said Cabinet by the said
John Rogers< no role > Two Bank Notes one for the
Sum of Forty Pounds and another Bank
Note for the Sum of Twenty Five Pounds
one last India Bond No 27057 mark'd B for
the Sum of Fifty Pounds, one last India
Bond No 17196 mark'd B for the Sum of one
Hundred Pounds, one last India Bond No
13526 marked B for the Sum of one Hundred
Pounds, one last India Bond No 3089 marked
