Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the
said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Monday last being
in the Tap Room of Clerkenwell Bridewell
with a person
now present who calls himself Nathaniel Harvey< no role >
the said
Harvey told this Informant and one Knowland a
prisoner in the said Gaol that he the said Harvey
and the little Captain on the Sunday Night before
stopped a one Horse Chaise near Pancras Church
and that
he swore very much at the People in the Chaise but
did not say that they had Robbed them and also told this
Informant that he saw Mr. Dignam (meaning One
Dignam a Servant to the Governour of Clerkenwell
Bridewell) upon the Roadand that they hired their
Horses in the Crown & Crane Yard in Liecester Street
