Middlesex to wit.

The Information of David Wright< no role >
and John Fisher< no role > taken before us
two of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the said County

Who being Severally upon Oath say And first this
Informant David Wright< no role > for himself saith that as
he and the other Informant John Fisher< no role > on Sunday Night
last about Seven o Clock were coming from Hampsted to
London in a one Horse Chaise that between Pancras Church
Yard and the Small pox Hospital they were stopped
by two Men on Horse back, the one rather taller than the
other the tallest of them came up to this Informant with a
Sworn a great Oath and demanded their Watches & Money
the Shortest went on the other side of the Chaise. this
Informant told him they had no Watches and gave the Tell
MenInstanthalf Guinea in goldandfour Shillings
in Silver and a Silver pocket Piece. The Tallest of the
said two Men came up first & then they both rode off
towards Pancras Church and this Informant Verily believes
that the Person now present who calls himself Nathaniel
Hawey
< no role > is one of the Persons who Attacked and Robbed this
Informant at the time & place above described

And this Informant John Fisher< no role > for himself saith that
he was in the one house Chaise with the other Informt
at the time & place abovementioned when he was a Macked &
Robbed and smith that the Shortest of the two Men came up to
his side of the Chaise withthea Pistol & Swore several
Oaths and demanded their Watches & Money but this
Informant told him he had not watch & gave him one Shilling
in Silver which was all the Money he had about & the said
Man say'd that he had More Money but he did not search
him and when they had Robbed this Informant & his Companion
they rodeest very Past towards Pancras Church
