of his Majesty's Justices of the peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that on Sunday Night
last he was sent for by a Person now present who
calls himself Lyon Elean< no role >
who was then in the
Poultry
Compter. and this Informant on Monday
Morning went to him & he gave this Informant a
Key of a Table Drawer wherein the Key of his Trunk
was and desired this Informant to bring himsome

the Memorandum [..] Books in his Trunk
in which some receipts were which receipt were for
the Money that he had been taken up. for and this
Informant went & took the Memorandum Books
to the said Lyon Elean out of which this Informt
saw him take the three receipts now produced & marked
by this Informant & the said Lyon Elean on the
Back and the said Elean desired him to keep the
said receipts untill they were called for that on Monday
the said Receipts were produced by this Informant before
the Magistrates at the Rotation Office in Litchfield
Street when the said Lyon Elean in the presence of
this Informant declared they were the receipts of
