that he is a Linen Draper & keeps a Shop the Corner
of Hay'ss Court that [..] about half an hour past
two oClock this afternoon thereceivedother Informt
John Pope< no role > told him that thesuspectedtwo persons
now present who call themselves Sarah Jones< no role > and
Mary Smith< no role > had Stolen some Handkerchiefs
upon which this Informant pursued and took them
& brought them into his Shop in order to search them
and Immediately the two pieces of Linen Handkerchef
now produced were found under their foot which are the
Property of this Informant & his partner John Whitter< no role >
and were Stolen in his said Shop
