his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County
Who being upon Oath saith that he lives at
Battle Bridge
in the Parish of Saint Pancras
That about Eight o Clock on Sunday Night last
as he was going from Town to his House at
Battle Bridge
opposite to Rhodes's Fann in
Grays Inn Lane
he was Attacked by the three
Persons now present who call themselves John
Brown< no role >
Thomas Free< no role >
& Thomas Pinckston< no role >
two
of them presented pistols and the other a Dagger
and demanded this Informant Money twice but
he told them he was a Poor Man & had but very
trifling about him when one of them searched
his Pockets but found nothing they then bid him
go along and this Informant went home & then
went towards Form this Informant is certain
that the said John Brown Thos. Free &
Thomas Pinckston are the three persons who
Attacked & Attempted to Rob him at the time
& Place above described
