These are to Certify that at the Delivery of the Kings Gaol
of Newgate holden for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall
in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City of London by Adjournment
on Tuesday the Twelfth day of July in the Fourteenth year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third now King of
Great Britain Etc. Thomas Dixon< no role > was in due form of Law
Indicted Tried and acquitted of Feloniously Ravishing and
Carnally knowing on the Thirty first day of May last at the
parish of Saint Ann Westminster Sarah< no role > the Wife of Thomas
Neale< no role > against her will and against the form of the Statute in
such Case made and provided Dated the 12th. day of July 1774.
