in manner and form as by the said Indictment above against him is supposed
And that he at the time of the Committing the said Felony or at any time since had
no Goods or Chattels Lands or Tenements to the Knowledge of the said Jurors and
upon this it is required by the said Court here of the said William Booth if he hath or
know of anything to say for himself why the Court ought not to proceed to Judgment
and Execution thereof against him upon the Conviction aforesaid which said William
Booth saith nothing except as he before had say'd Whereupon all and singular the
premisses being seen and fully understood by the Court here it is considered and Adjudged
by the Court here that he the said William Booth be Hanged by the Neck until he be

that the said William Booth be Transported to some of the Colonies or plantations of
our said Lord the King in America for the Term of Fourteen Years pursuant
to the form of the Statute in such Case made and provided.
