Justices of the Peace in and for the
said County City and Liberty

Who being severally upon say And first
this Informant Andrew Nesbitt< no role > for himself
saith that he is a Hackney Coachman that upon
Monday Night the Seventh of March he took up two
Young Men at the Pump in piccadilly and was ordered
to drive them opposite to the Duke of Gloucesters [..] ding
House in park Lane that he was then Ordered to him
about & drive them to the same place where he took
them up that when he came just [..] at the end of
South Street in Park Lane a Man stopped his
Coach by Seiging hold of the Reins of one of his Horse
that the same Man and another went& opensone to each
of the Coach Doors opened the same when this Informt
heard one of them say to the passengers in his Coach
Dance You your Money Your Watches & Your pocket
Books that in about five Minster the Coach Doors
was Shirt & this Informant was Ordered to go on
that while the two Men were at his Coach Door
this Informant said a Boy upon the Foot path
at about the Distance of fifteen Yards from his Coach
which Boy appeared to this Informant to be about
the Size of a Person now present who calls himself

And this Informant William Summers for himself
saith that on Monday Night the 7th. of March instant he
together with the other Informant Charles Laneford
were in the Coach of [..] which the other Informt
Andrew Nesbit was the Driverthat heabove a
Quarter past ten o Clock at Night that towards the
bottom of park Land this Informant heards a Mans
Voice calling to the Coachman to Stop that Immediately
hea man came one to each of the beach Doors.they open [..]
the [..] on the Near side Opened the Door
