Who being upon Oath say and first the said Thomas White
for himself says that on Monday last the said Charles Rummels
uttered to this Informant a certain Order for the Payment of
Money now produced purporting to be the Order of Brackley
Kennet< no role >
upon James Brown< no role >

to pay to
Mr. George Reculest< no role >
the Sum five pounds five Shillings
dated April 1. 1774 and that George Reculest now present
was present at the Time and told this Informant that it
was drawn by Mr. Alderman Kennett, that this Informant
let the said Charles Rummels have half a Guinea upon
the said Order which he verily believes was for the Use
of the said George Reculestand the said Charles
Rummels for himself says that on Monday last he was in
Company with the said George Remlest at the said Thomas
White's house that the said George Reculest produced the
said Order for the Payment of Money and said it was Mr.
Alderman Kennets drawing and said he should he glad
have half a Guinea upon it as he had some things to Say
to make a decent Appearance in, that this Informant
asked this said Thomas White for half a Guinea which
he let him have and this Informant gave it to the said
George Reculest & the said George Reculest at the
same time gave the said Order to him as the true
