I have admitted an Evidence in his
Majesty's behalf against James Whitehouse< no role >
James Piner< no role > and John Hartley< no role > Taken
upon Oath before me Joseph Girdler< no role > Esqr
one of His Majestys Justices of the Peace in
and for the said County of Middlesex
this 7th. Day of March 1774

This Informant upon his Oath saith
there on Thursday night last being the 3rd.
Day of this Instant March about the Hour
of Eight o'Clock he in Company with
James Whitehouse, and James Piner did
Assault one Martha House< no role > on the Kings
Highway in Burnhill Row in the Parish
of St. Luke in the said County of Middlesex
and did feloniously taking and carrying
away from her Person a Bundle
Containing one Silk Gown, one Pair of
Shoes, Two white Aprons, one Chcoke'd apron,
one Pair of Stockings, several Pieces of New
Linnen Cloth, and several other things,
which were taken by the said James
Whitehouse, and James Piner from the
said Martha House and which things were
delivered and sold by this said Informant, James
