John Tubb< no role > belong to Stable Boy & are the
property of Samuel Pechell< no role > Esquire and that the
two Pair of Bath Metal Shoe Buckles a Pair of
Scissars a Steel Penerl a Common Prayer Book
and a Linen Handkerchief now produced by the
other Informant John Tubb are the Property of this
Informant & were taken & Carried away as aforesaid
And this Informant William Giles< no role > for himself saith
that her's a Servant to Samuel Pechell Esquire
that upon Tuesday Morning the 8th. of March Instant
his fellow Servant informed him that his Masters
Coach House & Stables had been Broke Open & Robbed
that upon Examining this Informant found that two
Shirts which he had left in the Room over the Coach
House had been taken & Carried away and that the
two Shirts now produced by James Alders< no role > & James
Vincent
< no role > are his property and were taken & Carried
away from the place aforesaid
And this Informant John Seymour< no role > for himself
saith that he is Coachman to Samuel Pechell
Esquire that the Coach hange & Stables are situate in
Mill Street in the Parish Saint George Hanover Square
at the back of the Dwelling House of the said Samuel
Pechel and at the Distance of about ten or
Fifteen Yards from the same that on Monday
the 7th. of March instant about Eight or Nine o Clock
at Night he put up his Masters Coach & Horses &
Safel [..] Locked both Coach House & Stables & brought the
Key away with him that about Six o Clock the
next Morning this Informant went to the said Stables
and found the Coach House Door had been Broke open
but Cutting away the Wood thereof with a Chissel or
some such Instrument so as to make room for
the bolt of the Lock to give way that upon examining
further he found that some person or persons had
broke open the Drawers of a Bureau a Chest
& a Box of this Informants all in the Apartment
over the Coach house and that there had been taken &
Carried away out of this Informants sayd Box
Six Shirts Six Neckcloths Seven or eight Pair
of Stockings two Pair of Breeches a Blue Great Coat
a Hatt & a Cap. and that the [..] pair of Worsted Stockings
