before me this 24th. day of Decemr.

Who being upon Oath say and first the said James
Trebeck for himself says that on the 18th. day of
November he and his Wife were robbed near the Three
Hats on the Uxbridge Road of two Watches which he believes to be the two Watches now
Produced by two Highway men, and the said Gideon
Elliott for himself says that on Sunday the 12th. of
December Instant two persons now present who
call themselves John Herne< no role > and Joshua Coster< no role > were at
this Informants house and delivered the said two
Watches to this Informant as a Security for the
Money for which this Informant had sold them
a horse
