The Voluntary Information of Edward Darby< no role > in the Parish
of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the County of Middlesex Weaver taken
and made on Oath before me David Wilmot< no role > Esqr . one of his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex this 10th. Day
of January 1774

This Informant saith that he with one James Bishop< no role > and Robert Simmons< no role >
about Ten Weeks ago, in the Night time Burglariously broke into a House adjoining
to Messieurs Adams and Layer at Old Ford in the Parish of Bow and stole from thence a
Guinea two Quarter of Guinea Fourteen Shillings in Silver Six Childrens Linnen
Gowns and a Fishskin Knife Case with a Dozen of Ivery handled Knives and Forks which
This Informant and said Dunmore sold to Mr. Moses a Jewish for 3 half Crowns the Linen
Gowns were pawnd at a Pawnbrokers in Skinner Street for 3/6 which was Distributed Between
This Informant said Simmons and Bishop
This Informant saith that he with said Bishop and Simmons about a Months
ago, in the night time burglariously broke into a House in the back Lane in the
Parish of Saint Mary White Chapel and Stole Frome thence two pair of Copper Plate
Window Curtains and a Black Silk Cardinal which Cardinal said Simmons gave
to One [..] Hannah Jefferies< no role > to Pawn at a Pawnbrokers in Skinner
Street in the Parish of Christ Church , said Jefferies Received for the same Five
Shillings which was Distributed Between this Informant Bishop and Simmons
the Curtains were Sold by this Informant and Simmons to one Mr. Moses a Jewish
in Hounsditch [..] for three half Crowns which this
Informant said Bishop and Simmons Shared.

This Informant saith that he with said Bishop and Simmons about same
time Feloniously Stopt a Man in Stepney Fields and Robbd him of a Pinchback
Watch half a Guinea two Quarters of a Guinea and same Silver, this Informant
saith that he and said Simmons Sold the said Watch to the above named Moses
for Twelve shillings which was Distributed Between this informant said Bishop
and Simmons

This Informant saith that about three Weeks ago he with said Bishop
and Simmons Stopt a Man in the Night time in a Lane near Lime house Church
and Robbd him of a Silver Watch one Guinea a half Crown piece and a Shilling
said Watch was sold to the above named Jew for Eighteen Shillings which
was Distributed. Between this Informant said Bishop and Simmons
This Informant saith that about the same time he with said Bishop
and Simmons Feloniously Stopt a Man in London Fields in the Parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch and Robbed him of a great Coat one Shirt one Neckloth
one pair of new Shoes one Silk Handkerchief and three shillings in Silver
And this Informant saith that about two days afterwards he this Informant said
Bishop and Simmons Feloniously Stopt a Manswear the same place and Robbed him of
a Pair of Sleeve Buttons one Pair of Pinchback Shoe Buckles and Some Silver and
this Informant further saith not
