The Information of Patrick Connerly
of George Street Portland Square in the County
of Middlesex taken upon Oath before me
John Sherwood< no role > Esqr one of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in & for the said County

Who upon his Oath saith that last Saturday was a week
William Smith< no role > and Henry Welch< no role > called upon this Informt
and told him that they had a parcel of run Goods that they
got from on board an India Ship, and begd of him this Informt
to lit them have a place to put them in till such time as
they had an Opportunity of disposing of them, Saith that
he told them there was a little place under his Stairs with a
lock and Key where they might put them, Saith that Smith
& Welsh took the Key and put in a large Bundle packd up
in a piece of Canvas and two other Parcells, that they then
left them there and took the Key away with them, Saith
that they gave this Informts. Wife a piece of Callico to make
his Child a Gown; [..]
and that the three peices of Linen now produced he
suspects to be a part of the property deposited therein
