William Ingman< no role > of Foreman to Messrs Wright
& pricket at the Fanleon Foundry Bank Side Says
that he knows one of the prisoners now present who
calls himself Robert Street< no role > that about the 13th of
Octr. last the said Robt Street< no role > who then called
himself by the Name of Johnston came to the
said Four day and bought of this Informant as
Press Frame now produced for the Sum of three pounds
Ten Shillings & Sixpence [..] for which Sum & also for the Sum of three
Shillings for the Cartage thereof this Informant gave
the said Robt Street< no role > a receipt for his Masters the
sd. Messrs Wright & Pricket at the bottom of a Bill
of parcels made out to the said Robert Street< no role > by the
name of Mr. Johnson that Immediately after the
said Street had paid the said Sum of three pounds
thirteen Shillings & Sixpence The [..] told this
Informant that the Cartage was over charged upon which
this Informant returned the three Shillings for the
Cartage & the said Street was to fetch it away himself
that on the following Day to the best of this Informants recollection a person came with a Cart
& one Horse to the said Foundery & brought a Note
Signed with the name of Johnson desiring that the
sd press might be delivered to him
