Yeoman Maketh Oath and saith that on or about the first day
March last the said John Harp< no role > was Committed to the said
prison for Felony on the prosecution of John Howard< no role > and that
on or about the fifth day of April following the said John
Harp< no role > departed this Life and this Deponent further Saith that
he saw the said John Harp< no role > after he was Dead and in his
