Lodging and had never been in the same from the Monday
Morning last till this Day when they were both apprehend
this Informant upon his Oath saith thatthe said
he verily believes the said Samuel Lemmon and
Sarah Young< no role >
or one of them took and Carried away
the said Eight Guinea and three five Shillings &
three penny pieces in Gold the property of this Informt
in the manner abovementioned and that the Queen Ann
Guinea now produced is one of the said Guinea which was Stolen
from him as aforesaid

came to this Informant to [..] Purchase a Silver Watch
and agreed for the Sum of Twenty Six Shillings and
in payment for the same gave him the light Queen
Ann 6 Guinea & a half Guineas both now produced
& which this Informant took for One pound Eight
Shillings & two pence which money was paid to him
by the said Sarah Young< no role >
in the presence of the said
