& Patrick Cooley< no role > and other in several
Foot pad Robberys Committed in the
County of Middlesex taken before
Us two of his Majestys Justices
of the peace for the said County
City & Liberty.

Who being upon Oath saith that on a Saturday
Night the 27th. Day of February last this Informt
together with Patrick Crockam< no role > Patrick Murphy< no role > &
John Hurlys abt. Nine o Clock Stopped a Coach
and four Horses with two Postilltions in which was
One Gentleman whom they Robbed of a Gold Repeating
Watch set with Diamonds & about Eights Guineas
in Gold a Plain Ring and a Gold Chain with a Numbed
of Seak & a remarkable Piece of Gold Coin which
Murphy called an Oliver Cromwells Guineas after
they had done the said Robbery they went all four
together to the Kings Arm's Alehouse the Coroner
of Bersling Green Lane St Mary Le Bone where
they stayed sometime & agreed to take a Coach &
go all together that Night to seek for Isaac Votier< no role >
for him to buy the Watch that upon leaving the said
House for that purpose patrick Crockan< no role > who had
the Watch in his possession gave them the Slip
& went away Whereupon Patrick Murphy< no role > and
John Hurly Imagining that this Informant
had Count set at & was privy to Patrick Crock and
going away with the Watch determined not to
quit this Informant & accordingly got over the
Gate & sat up in this Informant & Lodgings all Night
