in & for the said
County City and Liberty
Who being severally upon Oath say and first
this Informant Sarah Scaggs for her selt
saith that who went to bed on Sunday Night
last about 11 o Clock when she fastened all
the Doors & Windows of her Housethat about
One o' Clock the same Night she was alarmed
by the Barking of her little Dog
upon which she got
up and went down Stairs to the Top of her Kitchen
Stairs when the Dog ran about half way down
the Kitchen Stair & returned to the Informant
she apprehending that come person was in the Kitchen
[..] alarmed same [..] Gentlemen who Lodge in
her Houses who got up. & went with her into the
Kitchen & found the three [..] Windows therein
Broke Open & the following things Stolen Vizt. a Table
Cloth and a Silver Spoon in the Mustard pot
this Informant further saith that the Table Cloth
and Silver Spoon now produced are the property of
this Informants thus bend Robert Craig< no role >
& were stolen in her said Honore
us abovementioned

about two o' Clock on Monday Morning last as they
were upon Duty they heard some Glass cattle & upon
their going to the Area belong in to the House of
