The information of Catherine Little< no role > Spinster taken
on Oath before us two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the said County this 21stday of June 1773

Who saith that she is Servant toCath Margaret Mortimore< no role > of
Old Gravel Lane Milliner that in the night of Wednesday the
16th: instant her said Mistress House in Old Gravel Lane aforesaid
was broke open and divers Goods and Things Stolen therefrom
amongst which was a Sprig Linen Gown and one HandkerchiefApronher
propertysaith that about the break of day she looked out of
her room window and saw two men coming up the Garden
dressed in blue Jacketts which freightned her and there upon she
got into herbedMistres's bed and bid herself under the Cloaths
whenand there upon Miss Creighton who lay with her Mistress
upon hearing some Men knocking at the Room Door and
endeavouring to break it open and swearing that if it was
not opened they would break it open and blow their Brains
out opend the said Room Door and presently several Men
rush'd into the room and bid Miss Creighton get into Bed
Saith that two men now present who say their names are
James Younger< no role > and Thomas Younger< no role > This name instance is in set 3659. are the same two
persons whom she saw come up the Garden as aforesaid
