Middlesex to wit


The Information of Mary the
Wife of Edward Bushnell< no role > of the parish
of Stanwell in the County of Middlesex
William Booth< no role > & Thomas Willis< no role >
of Kensing to win the County of
Middlesex taken before side One
of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the said County

Who being severally upon Oath say And first this
Informant Mary Bushnell< no role > for herself saith that
on Sunday Night the 14th. of March Instants he &
her Family went to Bed between Nine & ten oClock
when she went to Bed her Dwelling House & an
Out house ped joining to the same were all made fast
in which Out house was a live Cock & hen
that about Six o Clock the next Morning she got
up & soon after went to the said Outhouse & found
the Door wise Open & the Slaple which fastened the
same had been drawn and the said Cock and Hen
taken & Carried away this Informant saith that the
said Cock & Hen< no role > now produced are the same which
were stolen in the said Outhouse & as above described
& are the properly of Solomon Gold< no role > hawk & John
Yewell
< no role > but who were the persons who broke Open
the said Outhouse & stole the said [..] this
Informant cannot tell

And these Informant William Booth< no role > & Thomas Will< no role > [..]
for themselves jonitly say that on Monday the 15th
Day of March Sa [..] b out 1/2 an hour past Six oClock
in the Morning they stopped a person now present
who calls himself William Wall< no role > with the Cock &
How now produced in a Cloth Bag in Kensington Gravel
Pits which are sworn to be the property of Solomon
Gold
