This Informant saith that on Monday the 12th. Instant he with
Levy Ashur< no role >
being in Company together, Levy ashur Observd to this Informant
there was a Quantity of Silk at the House of one Mr. John Parkers which
they might get at very Easily, when Ashur sent this Informant to see
of Mr. Parker was at home, this Informant finding Mr. Parker was out
same back Immediately toAshurLevy Ashur and Acquainted him of the same,

asked this Informant to go with him to break open
said Mr. Parkers House but this Informant not being Willing, Levy

went by himself took a Poker with him and Returned in the
Space of Ten Minuetts to this Informant at his Lodgings [..] with
a Quantity of Stack Silk wound upon Bobbins, and this Informant
Saith he Receivedhalf a GuineaSeventeen Shillings and Six pence being part of the Money which the
Said Silk was Sold for and this Informant further saith not
