The Information of Sarah Bishop< no role > taken before me one of
his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex
Who being on Oath Says that she was hire'd as a
Servant to live with one George Carter< no role > that she
intered on her Service yesterday that last night the
Sond John Chrter< no role > having sert his Wif and the other
Servant to bed and after Shutting up his house did
in the Tup Room Assault threw her down on the
Floor and Ravish and Carnally Kuns her against
her will and consent and further says that the did
make all the resistance in her power For so much
that the seveat ran down her face that he stoped
her month so that the could not speak or Cry eat
that after he had lain with her [..] nest he set Down
and held her for he space of some minits Stoping
her month and then assaulted and threw her down
a Second time and had Carnall Knowledge of her
body again that she did this Morning till her
mistress what had hapened further Swears that
she did all in his power to prevent his Obtaining
his Endeen her
