Who being upon Oath says that on or about the 29th day of
September last three Horses the Property of this Informant were feloniously Stole by John

now confined in Oxford, Goal out of a Field at Holloway
in the said County of Middlesex
, Says he hath since found
one of the said Horses upon Oddington common Oxfordshire
another in the Possession of Henry Varnham< no role >
at New Farm near
Newington
Middlesex
and the third he has been informed was
sold by the said John Young< no role >
to one John Cook< no role >
a Horse Dealer
at Hammersham
in Bucks Says that the Horse which he
found Upon Oddington Common at aforesaid was in Consequence
of an Information which he received from the said John

who had left him there
