Who severally being upon Oath says and first
this Informant Mary Hodges< no role >
for therself saith
that on Saturday last two Persons now Present
who call themselves John Jones< no role >
and John Davis< no role >
were hired to take away a Quantity of Dust
and Rubbish which was in the Yard belonging to
the Dwelling House of this Infounants Mistress
in Warden Street and about ne [..] they brought a Cast with
one House to take it awaythis Informant
saith that in her Mistress Fore Parlour by
the side of the Chinnby Piece there hung upon
a Hook the Watch now Produced which is her
Mistress's property and which Watch this
Informant saw their at One o Clock theSame
Dath at the said John Jones< no role >
and John Davis< no role >
were the only two Persons who were with the said
Cart [..] taking away the said Dust and Rubbish
and they continued loading the said last till a little
before two' Clock when this Informants Mistress
called her & told her that she had been in her Yard
& upon [..] into turned into the Parlour [..] dnist her Watch
this Informant suspecting the said John Jones< no role >
and John Davis< no role >
had Stolen the said Watch she
sent for aConstable byas sent for but before he
came. the other Informant Sarah Priest< no role >
came
door Stairs and [..] and the Constable
came and took them into Custody in the Mistress's
House
