Informant John Yean and acquainted him with
the whole conversation which had passed between
him and the said John Gasford< no role >
& told him that he
had left him in Custody at the plaisterers Anns
& desired that he would go along with him to the
said House which the said John Yenn< no role >
did
their the said John Gasford delivered up the said
four receipts to the said John Yenn< no role >
And this Informant Benjamin Stevenson< no role >
for
himself saith that about noon on Tuesday last
a person now present who calls himself John Gasford< no role >
came to his Shop Vagreed with him for Chased Gold
Watch & two pair of Stone Shoe Buckles for the
Sum of Fourteen Guineas and tendered to this
Informant a Banker Receipt of John Drummond< no role >
& Co. from Chambers & Collins of the Sum of £206
dated in March 1772.-This Informt sent him that
if he would leave the note his avery little time he
would give him Change but the said John Garford< no role >
said that he could not wait & took his Note & left
the things & went out of his shop.
