Who being on Oath say and first the said William Potts< no role > for
himself says that on Friday Evening last several Gowns
Handkerchiefs and other things were stolen out of his house
and the said James Eckles< no role > for himself says that he saw a
person now present who calls himself John Ward< no role > go out of
a Yard adjoining to the said William Potts< no role > 's Yard on the said
Friday Evening with a Bundle containing Something
black
