Middlesex To wit

The Information of John Crocker< no role > taken
before me this 26th. day of June 1771

Who being upon Oath says that on Sunday Evening the 9th. of
June Instant as he was coming from Pancras he was stopped
between Pancras & the Small Pox Hospital by two Footpads who
demanded his Money and snapped two Pistols at him on his making
Resistance, that he wounded one of the said Footpads with his
Sword and that he is very sure that a Person now present
who calls himself Terence Etherington< no role > is one of the persons
who assaulted this Informant with Intent to rob him as
aforesaid and is the person who he this Informant wounded
with his Sword as aforesaid
