Deponent saith that hedid accordingly go
in Search of the said RobertPachert< no role > and returned
and came again to the Old Bailey , and was there the said next
Morning being Saturday about half an hour after Nine, And then
met the said John Miller< no role > coming out of the Court who told this
Deponent that he was Discharged, and thereupon this Deponent
was Informed that his recognizance was Estreated And this
Deponent further saith that he then heard, was Informed and believes
that the Trials of several of the persons who stood in the said List or
paper before the Name of the said John Miller< no role > were put of or by on
Account of the Witnesses against them not being ready or not
Attending, by which means the Trial of the said John Miller< no role > was
as this Deponent apprehends ordered or called on sooner than otherwise
it would if the said Several persons set by had been Tried And
lastly this Deponent saith that he did not willingly Wittingly or
Designedly Stay away or Absent himself, but did attend on the several
Days and times to give his Testimony against the said John Miller< no role > as
aforesaid
