Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said Nicholas
and for himself says that on Wednesday Evening the 16th. of January
Instant he found two persons now present who call themselves John
Cannon< no role >
and John Sidy< no role >
together in a Room near Fleet Market
the said
John Sidy< no role >
being undressed and in Bed and the said John Cannon< no role >
having part
of his Cloaths off and a Night Cap on as if going Bed, that he found
in the said John Cannon< no role >
's Pocket a pair of Silk Gloves now produced which
have been owned by the Honble. Mr. Stratford
, and in a Drawer in the said
Room he found four Pistols loaded and primed and several Chizels now
produced, and the said William Taylor< no role >
for himself says that he
also assisted in searching the said Room at the Time aforesaid that
he found in a Bureau there the Key of which was in the said John
Sidy's Pocket several Rings and Buckles now produced which
have been owned by the Honble. Mr. Stratford
