Robert Outhwaite< no role > of Goswell Street in the
Parish of Saint Luke Old Street Middlesex Ropemaker
Maketh Oath that on the sixteenth Day of February
Instant he did deliver to and leave (a true Copy of the
Notice or paper Writing hereunto Annexed) with Elizabeth
Barton
< no role > otherwise Burrell< no role > who lived with the Prosecutor
and past for his Wife (and on whom the former Notices in
this Matter have been served) And also the same Day
left another true Copy of said Paper Writing at the said
Prosecutors last place of Abode. And further Saith that
previous to last Session and up to Saturday last he has
used his utmost Endeavours to Meet with the said Thomas
[..] Burrel
< no role > to have personally Served him but saith that the
said Prosecutor as also Edward Still< no role > and Sarah Metcalf< no role >
and Ann Cocksell< no role > the Witnesses on the Bill have for Some
Time since Absconded and not to be found altho' he hath
made very diligent Enquiry after them at the Places where
they then lately before had lived and at all other Places likely to hear of them
