before me this 8th. day of June 1770

Who being upon Oath says that he knows Abraham Hutchinson< no role > Thomas
Robinson
< no role > Michael Richardson< no role > Peter Conoway< no role > Owen Fox< no role > and Thomas Spikes< no role >
& John Waters< no role > , that about a Mouth or five Weeks ago the Said Abraham Hutchinson< no role >
Thomas Robinson< no role > Michael Richards< no role > Owen Fox< no role > and this Informant broke
open a house at Deptford and stole a Quantity of Plate which was sold to
Daniel Thomas< no role > and his Wife near the Ducking Pond Whitechapel about 5 o'
Clock the next Morning for 23 Guineas, says that the said Abraham Hutchinson< no role >
Thomas Robinson< no role > Michael Richardson< no role > Owen Fox< no role > and this Informant were
all present when the Said Plate was sold to Daniel Thomas< no role > and his Wife as
aforesaid; says that a few days before the last mentioned Robbery the said
Michael Richardson< no role > Owen Fox< no role > Thomas Robinson< no role > and this Informant
broke open a house near the Dog & Duck by Greenland Dock & Stole
seven Gold Rings Some Tea Spoons & Tongs & Some Money & a Metal Watch
some handkerchiefs & other things and went all together immediately to the
said Daniel Thomas< no role > 's to whom they sold the Goods; says that Some time
ago the said Thomas Spikes< no role > One Richard Bailey< no role > now under Sentence of
Death in Newgate one William Prodder who is since gone to Sea and this
Informant Stole a Quantity of Flannel & Cloth from a Wharf on the Surry
Side near London Bridge which were sold by the said William Prodder
Thomas Spikes< no role > and Richard Bailey< no role > , Says that soon after the last mentioned
Robbery the Said John Waters< no role > one Ralph Smith< no role > the Said William Prodder
and this Informant centered the Hunter Sloop in the Night Time & Stole
a Quantity of Handkerchiefs which they all four immediately sold to Daniel
Thomas
< no role > and his Wife for six Guineas, says that some time ago the
said Richard Bailey< no role > the Said Thomas Robinson< no role > one Thomas Gahagan< no role > who
is Since executed and this Informant forced into the house of a Pawn:
broker near Mile End & Stole some Money & Spoons which were immediately
sold to the Said Daniel Thomas< no role > by them all four together, says that the
same Night the said Owen Fox< no role > Richard Bailey< no role > and this Informant
broke open a Rope maker's house in San Tavern fields facing the
Crooked Billet & Stole three Looking Glasses a Silver Watch & Some
Money which said Looking Glasses this Informant believes are
still at the Said Daniel Thomas< no role > 's,
