The Information of Lambert Reading< no role > and
John Underwood< no role > taken before me this
18th. day of June 1770

Who being upon Oath Severally say and first the said John Underwood< no role >
for himself says that on Sunday Morning the 10th. of June Instant
he met a Person now Present who calls himself William Thacker< no role > in
Holborn who asked this Informant if he had seen two other Persons
now present who call themselves Henry Mc.Kew< no role > and James Mac.
:donald, says the Said William Thacker< no role > desired this Informant to go
to St. Giles's Round house to the said Henry Mc. Kew & James Macdonald< no role >
and ask them what they had done with the Plate telling him at the
same time that they had broke open a house that Morning and Stolen
a Quantity of Plate, says he refused to go, says that the next day
he went to the Said James Mc. Donald and Henry Mc.Kew to Clerken:
:well Bridewell who told this Informant that they had sent one
Lambert Reading< no role > and one Matthew Matthewson< no role > to his house with
Some Plate which they said they had broker open a house for in Company
with George Memory< no role > and William Thacker< no role > , says that the said
Lambert Reading< no role > and Matthew [..] Matthewson< no role > came afterwards
to this Informant, that they all three went together to a Pond beyond
the White Conduit house where they formd the Silver Spoons and
Tea Tongs and French Plate Soup Ladle now produced, says that in
their way to the Said pond they met with the said George Memory< no role > and
William Thacker< no role > who desired this Informant to keep back their
Share of the Plate and says that the said William Thacker< no role > and the
said George Memory< no role > came to receive their Said Share when they were
taken, And the Said Lambert Reading< no role > for himself says
that on Monday last he went to Clerkenwell Bridewell to see the Said
James Mc. Donald and Henry Mc. Kew, says they told him they had got
some plate in Company with the said George Memory< no role > and William
Thacker
< no role > which they desired this Informant to carry to the Said
John Underwood< no role > , says he did not then know the said John Underwood< no role >
