of the Peace
for the said County
Who beingbeingupon Oath saith one the 7th.
Day of June [..] bout 9 o'Clock in the
Evening he was sent for by Mr Thos. Seabrooke< no role >
of Last Street in the Parish of St. George the
Martyr
and he went to the House and was
Present at the Opening of a Box belonging
to a Person now Present who calls himself
Wm. Baker who was a Servant to the said
Thomas Seabrooke< no role >
which Box was Locked
and Baker had the Key and Unlocked the
Box himself and the Good now Produced
were taker out by this Informant Vizt.
a Holland Salk< no role >
two White Holland Waistcoat
One Yard of Gens a Velvet and several other
things also now Produced And this Informt.
further saith that the said Wm: Baker< no role >
being Questioned how he came to take
those things said that he had been Induced
to take that by One White who Promised
to give him three or four Guineas
