Who being jointly upon Oath and first this
Informant Ann Jones< no role >
for herself saith that
on Sunday Night on the 4th of March last she
went to bed about 12' o Clock and herself
had made the Kitchen Window fast of her
Mistress House and about a Quarter before
five the next Morning he was alarmed by the
Watchman and she got up & found the Kitchen
Window Broke Open and a large Quantity of
Plate stolen thereout to the amount of Seventy
Pounds as she verily believes - And this Informant
John Keney for himself saith that in the beginning
of March last he together with John Bird< no role >

Clock in the Morning Went to a House in Bucking [..]
Street York Buildings
which he has since
been Informed belongs to One Mrs. Cholmley
were Bird and Richard broke Open the Iron
Gate
and went down into the Area and Broke
Open the Kitchen Window and Richards and
Bird went into the Kitchen and brought out a
Quantity of plate Consisting of Silver Waiter
Table Spoons and a Pair of Silver Candle sticks
and other Plate And the said Plate was carried to
John Birds Lodgings And this Informant further
saith that James Fanning< no role >
was the persons who went
to fetch Graham to Birds Lodgings and Graham
came but this Informant was not present at the
time Graham bought the plate but Fanning brought
this Informt. five Pounds & as he thinks about
Eighteen pence for his Share
