The Information of William Hynam< no role > of Ratcliffe
Highway taken before me the 10th. day of
April 1769

Who being on Oath says that about a Quarter before six o' Clock
last Saturday he found that his house had been broke open in the
Night preceding b the Bolts of the Outside Window Shutters being
wrenched off and the Inside Shutter being forced off. the hinges and
that a Silver Tankard a Silver Waiter several Silver Spoons &
other things were Stolen says that a Silver Tankard & other Silver
Plate now produced are the very same that were stolen out of his
house as aforesaid and that the does suspect and verily believe
that a person now present who calls himself John Burnet< no role > did
commit the said Robbery
