taken before me this 18th. day of
April 1769
Who being on oath severally say and first the said Christian Nichols< no role >
for himself says that on Saturday Morning last a Gold Watch now
Produced and likewise a Mourning Ring & a Gold Magnifying Glass
were stolen out of his Parlour, and the said Elias Levi< no role >
for himself say
that the said Gold Watch was offered to sale to him by two persons
now present who call themselves Thomas Grey< no role >
& James Wardin< no role >
and these Informants further say that they do suspect and
verily believe that the said James Wardin< no role >
and the said Thomas
Grey< no role >
did feloniously take and carry away the said Gold Watch
