Middlesex To wit

The Information of Michael Dale< no role > and James Lenham< no role >
taken before me this 8th. day of February 1769

Who being on Oath severally say [..] and first the said Michael Dale< no role >
for himself says that his house in flower and Dean Street Spital fields
was feloniously and burglariously broke open led Saturday Night that he has times seen some
Tools now produced which being applied to the part of the Window Shutter
which had been forced open did exactly fit the same, says that he has
Cause to Suspect that a person now present who calls himself Simeon
Bailey< no role > and on whom as he is informed the said tools were found was
concerned in feloniously and burglariously breaking open the said
house with Intent to reb the same and the said James Lenham< no role >
for himself says that being informed that a house had been broke
open he went round with a Watchman and found the said Simeon
Bailey< no role > not far from the said Date's house and that he had in his
hands and Iron Bar and some Tools now produced about 5 o'Clock
in the Morning of Sunday last
