The Information of the Honble Felton

this 14: day of November 1768

Who being upon Oath says that a Person now present who
calls himself William Thomas< no role > and who was lately a Servant to
this Informant Published to him as true four [..] Acquitances or
Receipt now produced one purporting to be the Receipt of Duncan
Watson< no role > for four Shillings and six pence, one purporting to be
the Receipt of Wm. Brien for nineteen Shillings and one half penny
another purporting to be the Receipt of the said Wm. Brien for One
pound ten Shillings and ten pence the fourth purporting to be
the Receipt of John Bryne< no role > for £1:5:5 and farther saith that he believes them
to he all falsly made Forged and Counterfeited and that they
were published by the said Thomas knowing them to be so
with Intent to Defraud their Informant Agt. the Statute
