Henry Killsey & hath Lowrey< no role > taken before me
one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for the sd.
County

Who being Sevl. or Oath say & first this Inft. will Morley< no role >
for himself saith that aboutFieldsTwelve O Clock yesterday
room this Inf & Family went out to drive write Wholt near
Golden square & did not return to his house (which is in
little Ormond Yard) till near Eleven at Night & then was
told by the other Inf. Killey [..] house had [..] been robbed
and that he saw two then go out of his house with Goods
and a their Arms and upon Examing his things he missed
a looking Glass two Brass Cand [..] a Ladle a Skinner
a Hatt two Since Cloths a Pair of Raw Beef & half
a Loaf of Bread And saith that the sevl. things now produced
on his property and were taken out of his house but
at what time he cannot tell and then InfmayGrace Morley
fr herself Saith then she went out with him husband
at the time abovementd. & locked the Door & the
windows she is certain was then fast And this Inf Henry
Killsey
< no role > for himself saith that he lodges in the house
of the sd. Morley and came home about Ten at night
with con Intent to go to bed but found the Door fast &
her sd make no person her & Expertey his Land lord to
come home soon he went & walked in Great
Ormond shut that as he walked up [..] towds. Queen
[..] he met the two persons now present who
call themselves Francis Fitzpatrick< no role > & Beafd Burton
