Taken Notice that the Court at the next Session of General Goal Delivery of
Newgate to be held for the County of Middlesex at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
with in the Suburbs of the City of London on Wednesday the nineteenth day of this
Instant October will then (or so soon after as Councel can be heard) be moved
that the Defendant may be called upon the Recognizance which he along
with You entered into in this Cause for his Personal Appearance to
Answer to the Indictment now found against him in Case he makes
default therein that your Recognizance may be Estreated into His Majesty's
Court of Exchequer Dated the 15th. day of October 1768.
