[..] before me that 30th. day of Sepr. 1768
Who being upon Oath says that on or about the 11th. Inst. he was Rubbed
out of his house of a variety of Wearing apparell that the Goods this day
found upon Nathaniel Norchy Lee are past of the goods feloniously taken
and carried away as aforesaid says that he finds on enquiry that the
said Lee Lodges< no role >
in the house of a Person now present who calls himself
Respins says that the said Resperiots coming himself and sending his
wife to enquire after said Lee and from his receiving Money from
a known Receiver of Stolen Goods he has cause to suspect and does
suspect and believe that the said Respins was concerned in
feloniously receiving the said Goods knowing them to be Stolen
