For Felony and Robery

The above Deft John Urquhart< no role > Maketh Oath
and Saith That Maria Williams< no role > is a Materials
Witness for this Deponent on these Several Prosecutions
without whose Testimony It will not be Safe for him
to proceed to Tryal That he hath for many Days
past Caused diligent Search and Inquiry to be made
after the said Maria but on such Inquiry is
Informed and which Information he believes to
be true that the said Maria Williams< no role > is gone to
Winchester and will where in about fourteen
Days and will do his endeavour and believes, he
shall be able to have her hew by next Session to give
Evidence for this Deponent on the above prosecutions
and would have had he here this Session if he had
known where to have met with her to

Sworn at Justice Hall in the Old Bailey
this 19th. day of October 1768
