Who being upon Oath severally says and first the said
Moses Solomon< no role > for himself saith that this day three Weeks
between three and four o' Clock in the Evening a Person now
present who calls himself Benjamin Payne< no role > stopt him near
Islington in the Highway with a Pistol and Robbed him of a
Silver Watch now produced and the said James Turner< no role > for
himself saith that he saw the said watch taken from the Person
of the said Payne
