Who being upon his Oath Saith, That he as Waiter at the
three Kings an Davis Street aforesaid, Saith That last
Thursday Morning having occasion to look into his Box, which
was in his Bedchamber, he Missd one Guinea and a half
Guinea in Gold and some Silver the Current Coin of this
Kingdom [..] the rest was a Queen man's Shelling Saith the said Box was alway's kept unlocked
but had nevertheless mother Box upon it Saith that a
Person now present who calls himself Robert Water< no role >
laid
in a Room in the same house and had free Communication
to this Informants Bedchamber, Which is all this Informant
know's of this matter

Who being upon his Oath Saith That Yesterday Sennight the was
at the Three Kings in Davis Street aforesaid Saith that he asked
the Landlord of the said house to let him sleep there that Night
which he Consented to and did accordingly Say the that Night

now present, Saith That he had that to had Robt Wathin had that night
no money or his Pocket her not being able To pay the Reackoning
at the said three KingsSaith That after this Informant was
Gone to Bed said Robt Wathin< no role >

up Stairs and carryed down to pay for it a Queen [..] Shillings
Saith that the next Morning Going along the Street with said Wathin
the said Wathin to [..] up as new Guinea, and after Going to two or Three
other Places, said Wathin Confessed to this Informant that he took [..]
the said Guinea out of Tea [..] Spons's Box, which was only at [..]
