before me this 10th. day of Decr. 1766
Who being upon Oath severally say and first the said William Jervass< no role >
for himself saith that about the hour of five this Evening as he was
coming to London he was stopt by two Persons new present who call
themselves William Johnson< no role >
and William Walker< no role >
that the said
Walker presented a Pistol to him now produced and demended his
Money that said Johnson stood near him at this time that
he gave them five Shillings six pence of which he believes dropt
on the ground, that the sd. Walker then demanded his Watch which he gave
him, says that they then both went off together and he pursued them
that he found them both at the Sign of the Argler in Kenlish Town
that he there saw the Watch taken by [..] the above Thomas Hale< no role >
from
the aforesaid Walker and the Pistol from Johnson and this Informt.

for himself saith that he assisted in securing the
aforesaid two Persons and took the Watch from one and the
Pistol from the other as is aforesaid and also four Shillings and
six pence from the said Walker
