The Information of John Ashley< no role > of
Parsen's Green , in the said County, Gardener
taken before me this 17th. Day of October
1766 .

Who being upon Oath saith that between the hours
of twelve and one in the Night of Yesterday he was alarmd
by the Barking of a Dog belonging to one Thomas French< no role >
who lives adjoining to this Deponents House, saith that
he immediately got out of his Bed, and was Informed by
the above Thomas French< no role > that a Person was then riding
away with his Mare; saith that at the distance of
about one hundred Yards from this Deponents House
and in the Kings private Road in the Parish of Falham
he saw a Person, new present, who calls himself
Christopher Boydell< no role > , mounted on and feloniously Ridingaway with said Mare; with
a Saddle, Bridle and Halter on, the Property of [..] this
