Who being upon Oath says that She Knows Thomas
Holloway< no role > and Henry Peak< no role > now in Custody and William
Dunk< no role > a Man who goes by the Name of Black Dick< no role >
William Welch< no role > and one John and on will not yet taken
Says that onMondayFriday last they all eight went to a Bull
bating together near Tottenham and in their return called
to Drink at the Ship at Stanford Hill, and being served
with a Silver Tankard said Peak proposed to Steal said
Tunkard to which they all agreed, says Peak accordingly
concealled it between his Leggs and went out of the house
with it says said Peak and Will: Sold the Tankard yesterday
for thirty six Shillings as she was in finished to one Hillard in Red Lyon
Market which was divided between herself Holloway,
Peak and Will [..] for that the other four won'd not
receive their share suspecting that it was Sold for more, and
threatned to go to the Land lord & have them taken
up
